Questions about payment
How do I pay?
You pay the first period when you order, securely via Mollie (including iDEAL and credit card). After that you receive an invoice in advance, monthly or yearly, with a payment term of 14 days. You pay it via the app, or you set up a direct debit mandate in the app when paying an invoice.
Can I add locations later?
Yes. Request an extra location in the app; once approved it is ready and counts from the next invoice. An archived location no longer counts from the next invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, by email from the owner's address. A monthly plan ends at the end of the current month; a yearly plan at the end of the current year if you cancel at least one month in advance. You can request an export of your data up to 30 days after the end.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices are exclusive of 21% VAT. Kwantro is intended for businesses; the invoice shows your company name and, if you provide them, your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and VAT numbers.
What is Enterprise?
For larger organisations or special requirements: custom pricing, extra features, integrations via the API and personal guidance. Request a quote.
